The TMC 2 Control system
This microprocessor based wind turbine controller is exclusively designed for smaller wind turbines and retrofit applications ranging from 5,5 kW to 250 kW. Applicable for grid connected, stall controlled turbines with 1 or 2 generators.

TMC 2 Running in Bahrain
Between the two towers of the World Trade Center in Bahrain (BWTC), TMC 2 controllers are controlling three 225kW stall regulated NORWIN turbines. Covering an estimate of 11-15% of the total power consumed by the BWTC itself.
Currently supported turbine types
The TMC 2 is at "fixed program" what this means is, that unlike our IEC control system Orbital writes the program for controlling your wind turbine.
With the current firmware versions we have, we can control the following turbine types:
DanWin 160, Vestas V17, Bonus 95, Bonus 120, Micon 108, Micon 250, Micon 250C, Micon 250G, Wincon 108, EW 15, Nordtand 55, Nordtank 65, Nordtank 99, Nordtank 300, Reymo 20 / 95, Gaia 11kW
